The UAP Pharmacy is your one-stop-shop for all of your pharmaceutical needs. From over-the-counter medicines to prescription refills, we're here to help you. We offer compounding and free delivery, and we accept all major insurance plans. We're also able to help you make decisions regarding Medicare Part D.The UAP Pharmacy staff is also pleased to announce a new prescription refill line. Patients may call (812) 242-3106 and leave a message requesting a refill. Please include your name and prescription number with the message. If the message is left during regular business hours, the prescription will be ready within 2 hours unless otherwise requested.

Online Prescription Service Updated
The UAP Clinic Pharmacy online prescription refill system has been updated and is better then ever! Patients can now create an online account that will allow him/her to request a refill, view the status of the refill and receive an e-mail or text message when the refill is ready to be picked up. The online account also allows access to the pharmacy medication profile that can be viewed and even printed.
